We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in office management, data handling, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with data entry, data verification, and maintaining records
  • Manage and update internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Support documentation, filing, and report preparation
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
  • Handle emails and basic correspondence
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as assigned
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
