We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in office management, data handling, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry, data verification, and maintaining records
- Manage and update internal databases and spreadsheets
- Support documentation, filing, and report preparation
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Handle emails and basic correspondence
- Perform routine administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
