Job Description: Key Account Manager – School Sales


Industry: Publication / Educational Publishing
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow business with key schools and institutional clients. The role involves building strong relationships with school decision-makers, driving book adoption, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key school accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Meet principals, trustees, coordinators, and academic heads.
  • Promote textbooks, workbooks, digital learning solutions, and school kits.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiate closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and logistics for smooth delivery.
  • Track sales performance, payments, and account-wise growth.
  • Share market feedback, competitor updates, and school requirements.

Qualification & Experience
