We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage end-to-end social media execution while also contributing to performance marketing initiatives. This role involves handling everything from content creation and planning to posting, engagement, and campaign coordination across platforms.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing social media pages, creating engaging content, and maintaining a consistent brand presence, while also having hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns. They should be comfortable working with multiple tools for scheduling, tracking, reporting, and workflow automation.
The candidate should have experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms, along with familiarity in automation tools like Pabbly or Zapier. A strong understanding of content, performance metrics, and marketing funnels will be an added advantage.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end handling of the company’s social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, creatives, reels, and short-form videos
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth, and optimize content accordingly
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Coordinate content and ad campaigns to ensure consistency in communication and branding
- Build and manage end-to-end marketing funnels (Ad → Landing Page → CRM → Conversion)
- Set up and manage tracking systems including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and Conversion APIs
- Develop and implement automation workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and follow-ups using tools like Pabbly, Zapier, etc.
- Integrate marketing tools including ads platforms, landing pages, and CRM systems for seamless data flow
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign performance
- Analyze campaign data and generate reports with actionable insights using Excel / Google Sheets
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, content formats, and performance marketing strategies
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in social media management and/or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Strong experience in managing social media platforms end-to-end, including content planning and execution
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
- Experience with automation tools such as Pabbly, Zapier, or similar
- Ability to create content including posts, creatives, and short-form videos
- Proficiency in tools like Canva or similar for content creation
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
- Knowledge of tracking tools including Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
- Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis
- Understanding of marketing funnels and user journey
- Analytical mindset with a result-oriented approach
