We are looking for a sharp, culturally aware, and extremely agile Social Media Marketing Executive/ Digital Marketing Executive / Moment Marketer who can spot trends before they peak and convert them into brand-relevant content within hours not days.
If you live on Instagram, track trending reels before others, decode memes instantly, and think “How can we use this for our brand?” this role is for you.
This is not a passive content role. This is a real-time brand growth role.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot social media trends quickly
- Research trending reels, memes, viral formats, and audios
- Monitor platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook for daily trends
- Track exam-related buzz and cultural conversations
- Check trend relevancy for our audience before adapting it
- Convert trends into content ideas for the brand
- Write quick scripts, hooks, captions, and adaptation briefs
- Create reels, memes, static creatives, and short videos
- Design, edit, and produce content independently
- Deliver content within a 24-hour turnaround time
- Strong understanding of viral content formats and social media behavior
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing and running ads
- Ability to create content with a performance-first mindset (engagement, reach, likes, conversions)
Key Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Instagram & short-form content ecosystem
- Excellent copywriting (short-form, punchy, witty)
- High cultural awareness
- Speed of execution
- Creative thinking under time pressure
- Basic understanding of Canva / social media tools (preferred)
- Analytical mindset (what worked & why)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years in social media / content / digital marketing
- Has previously worked on trend-based content
- Follows meme pages, student pages, creator economy
- Understands Gen Z language and tone
- Not afraid to experiment
